Item AlaPT3 Consortium Leaders AlaPT3 Teacher Preparation Programs State
  • Provide coordination and leadership on campus for Project Goals and Outcomes.
  • Serve as a resource for consortium colleagues and other universities.
  • Serve as contact between state and university.
  • Identify "best practice" faculty, students, and teachers to attend mini-conferences.
  • Act as a "Virtual Board Member" for the grant.
  • Work in task-specific teams as requested by LEAD organization.
  • Attend/Participate in all meetings or send a representative.
  • Provide feedback as requested by the LEAD organization to help make the best decisions.
  • Work with your accountant to ensure that funding match is recorded and documented.
  • Complete required Federal reports.
  • Provide at least as many solutions as problems.
  • Provide the match, according to the amount and kinds submitted, spring 2000. (Cannot be federal funds, funds used as a match for other federal grants, or materials, staff, etc. paid with federal funds)
  • Provide release time for Consortium Leaders to attend meetings, mini-conferences, etc.; and faculty and students to attend mini-conferences.
  • Change program standards to address technology (as other state Teacher Preparation Programs).
  • Provide support for Consortium Leaders on campus, so that they can help achieve Project Goals and Outcomes.
  • Serve as "Technology Integration Leaders" for other state and national teacher preparation programs.
  • Participate in statewide technology integration assessments of faculty, students, and graduates.
  • Provide Leadership and Coordination for Project Goals and Outcomes.
  • Support Consortium Leaders with AlaPT3 Project Goals and Outcomes.
  • Provide mini-conferences for Teacher Preparation faculty, students, and graduates to develop resources.
  • Provide forums and networks for discussion" What's working/What's Not," etc.
  • Develop Research Design to study technology integration.
  • Develop assessment tools for statewide use (Teacher Preparation Programs and public schools).
  • Work with state officials to gain support to approve and implement new PEPE and program approval standards, and endorsements for technology.
  • Capture and disseminate "best practices" in all content areas.
  • Complete Federal reports.
  • Assist and guide all Teacher Preparation Programs as they develop programs to align with new standards.
  • Provide resources and materials to AlaPT3 consortium members.
